There are no legendaries in poe. Uniques are not legendaries. They are almost never best in slot and are only used for speed up low level content or as build enablers.

You want to loot 6 modded yellows, not uniques.

Unique's and mostly garbage, really don't know why they add them, then again I don't understand why they structure loot the way they do.

I would understand if this was 2006 free to play.

You make builds around uniques. Usually 1 to 2 pieces. They're not BiS. It's the mod that have that you want for a particular build idea.
