Question about Damage Gained As...
Let's say I have an item that says, "Gain 20% of Damage as Lightning Damage". Noting that it says just damage with no specific type.

My assumption is that if I punch the enemy for 100 physical damage I am essentially going to do 100 physical and 20 lightning. Now let's say I cast Lightning Bolt and do 100 lightning. Am I going to do 100 lightning plus 20 lightning? Furthermore, let's say I'm also getting a bonus 50% increase to my lightning damage. Would this mean I'm doing 150 lightning plus 30 lightning. My gut says yes, but I just want to double check.

That's correct. It might apply to minions also.

I also wonder how exactly numbers stack. What counts before and after the hit if at all. How numbers convert into another element, replace, or add on top. Anyone knows good resources for poe2 math?
