Doesn't really tell me the formula. That leaves me best guessing and trying to find a neutral template to figure out the formula from there.
I was hoping this breakdown was already online so we could have a source of truth on calculations rather than best guessing on some of these values in approximate fashion.
3 terms you should focus on. Increased, More, Gained.
you also have to work out how much of a damage type is left from base.
example would be if a skill converted 40% phy to lightning then that means there's 60% of the base that is still physical.
the first example you gave seems like gained damage. the second is more.
increased stuff is additive so something like 10 * (1+ (0.2 + 0.2))
