How to fix Ascent to Power (act 5)?

Why is it bugged? Are you lvl 75+? Because you cannot get the third upgrade below 75.

its a bug that its even there, you do your 2 last ascensions after the campaign.
just ignore it, you cant finish the quest.

The third upgrade is start dropping on lvl 68 maps. By the time you get those quest the djinn barya cant even drop yet. Which is why it is bugged. 4th should be from lvl 74or75 map. Not too sure on this.

thats not true, the only thing that matters is having a first trial with 3 floors or a 2nd trial with 10 rooms
