Accuracy is for single hit type weapons (a single bolt for example, or armor piercing or sniper shot)
It really depends on the specifics of the build and what other skills are in use or are planned to later to be used to synergise with the grenades.
If you really do intend to just use grenades AoE damage and practically no other source for all of your main damage output, then you really wouldn't see much of a gain from accuracy.
However I doubt such a build would really be sustainable for long and would start to hit scaling issues moving into the later game without some additional skills in play that may benefit from accuracy.
