4 months of nothing for 1 new class and 1 new weapon type

So correct me if I'm wrong, Jonathan said EA will be 6 months min and 1 year max. We have waited 4 months for a content patch and during this process they did absolutely nothing to live game other than some qol changes that would take them 1 week to do at max. Rest of the team most likely worked on the content behind the scenes. So 4 months passed, we seen nothing to live game so we can see stuff in new content patch.

New content patch seems to be only 1 class and 1 weapon in terms of "new" stuff. I don't expect them to announce another class because the theme of the update solely based on huntress, trailer was not a class announcement, it was an update announcement and it has huntress theme.

Now I would like to remind you this; Jonathan also said multiple times that they are going to add every single class and weapons to EA before release so that players test all of them before 1.0. If we received only 1 class and 1 weapon in 4 months, how is this game going to be 1.0 in 1 year exactly? He also said in multiple interviews that the druid class was almost ready to launch with EA but they wanted to polish it a bit more. You're telling me druid won't be in new update? How a class almost ready to release with EA launch is not ready after 4 months of EA launch?

I don't know about you guys but I feel like Jonathan spreading lies left and right at this point.

lies and marketing tactics. Just put two letters infront and u will have a bunch of low self esteem customers defending ur predatory practises.

The game is done already. The hype was big and the core of the game has potential but its a downgrade in every possible way to POE1 to resell u all the things they sold the masses with POE1 already. And the funny thing is they are not even good at this.

I mean did u really think they were telling u the truth about how far they are? Did u really expect an EA only lasting 6months - 1year? I dont know when u started gaming but if u have just a slight interest in the market u would have known better.

An Arpg launching without swords is just a perfect example whats wrong in this industry. I dont know what i find more concerning companys doing this or people buying into it and defending everything that results in a worse product for them.

I think there is alot of stuff going on addiction, stockholms syndrome or whatever its def. not the mental healthy part of humanity spending hours of hours in front of a screen trying to statisfy their needs. Ofc u drink the piss beer too and will defend its taste and how good it is for its price, thats pretty common for people with addiction.

No, the important thing is they get a massive fund injection via paid early access for a f2p game. Then they can relax and delay launch of actual said f2p from 6 months to years or never.

POE 2 first announcement was years ago in Exilecon 2019, fyi.

I'm confused as to why some of you think its just 1 class?
Because the teaser teasing a upcoming teaser showcases 1 new class?
What about the image of the new Merc class? I'm also pretty sure them showing the Bringer of Rain unique was a hint at the Duelist.

Maybe i'm looking too hard into this one, but the other unique The Hammer of Faith combined with the latest 2 uniques being STR+INT items. Templar?
They will add a lot of new uniques. The ones they choose to reveal early are often hints.

Not PoE exclusively but I believe steam needs to do something about early access games. They get away with too much for just sticking a label on the game.
Why wouldn't they be working on PoE3 now? They made most of the money already so might as well start working on the next project

Yeah fixing things. somehow for months I was not able to play because cpu running on 100% and many many people are only able to play via poeucrasher. Would love if they would actually solve these kind of issues as a priority.

2nd thing is can't even get a reply for 3 months now from the support.. No way I am recommending poe 2 to anyone at this point.

True game development is about making money. Wait until this guy hears what steam does... This is some serious thought put into this. The only shilling being done outside of trolls, is the ones who expect every game to be free then bash people who pay for cosmetics that support games.

I dont waste time by watching videos about games. I inow its trendy to not play the game and just watch someone else to play it ir talk about it, but im too old for that bs.
