Gembloom Skull (+30 Spirit)
I read that you can redo King of the Mists to get Gembloom Skull to raise spirit points. However, my upgraded boss doesn't state "+30 Spirit" in its icon and it doesn't drop Gembloom Skull when I kill it. Is there any other requirement to get this item to drop?

You only get spirit drops from 3 Sources. Said boss in Act 1, another in Act 3, both on normal. Than the same boss in Act 3 on cruel which gives 40 instead of 30.
