Can i play on PC with my friend who have this game on PS5?

Yes, the game has cross play and cross save: Pc, xbox series. ps5 and probably switch 2 when this become avaliable

How? Searching for my steam account from a friends PS5 we do not see friend request come through. Or sending friend request from my steam account to their PS5, friend request does not come through.

Figured it out. Attempting to play with a friend with PS5 and I am on Steam. Learned that currently POE2 requires PS+ subscription for crossplay multiplayer play. Grinding Gear Games is in negotiations for Playstation to change this requirement, but as of now the subscription is required. As my friend does not have that subscription enabled we do not see eachother to add as friends and I can't make changes on my end to fix it. Have to fix it on the PS5 side.
