How many of you are NOT crashing??

There's a BIG problem with many players suffering hardlocks and DX crashes. However, I get the distinct feeling that many are having no problems whatsoever. It occurs to me, we don't get the feedback from you guys - why would you?

If you have a moment to spare, could you please let us know if:

1. You've never experienced a PC hard lock while playing the game - this means you've never had the PC freeze completely and had to restart it
2. If you've never seen a DX Error message while playing
3. Your PC specs INCLUDING your motherboard model.

I think it would be enormously helpful!

EDIT: As I feared, there is no link at all between the hardware listed and crashing. I am starting to consider perhaps Motherboards.

Could you please add your Motherboard model please when listing hardware?

32GB Ram/4090/5800x3D/Neo G9(Not relevant to performance. I just have one and you don't... nanner nanner nanner....lol).

I haven't had any crashes since the server craziness on Day 1. I run my Cleaning Apps Monthly and I have used Process Lasso for ever. People don't take care of their Machines. They have no idea how much Bloat they have just clogging their system.

I also only run the Gaming Platform that I'm on Example: If I am on Gamepass Steam does not need to be open and vice versa.

This^ avoids having Weird spikes because some game I forgot was even in my Backlog decided to update at the worst possible time lol

P.S. if you run HWInfo with RSS(or similar Performance Metric Tracking setups) be sure you are not tracking a billion things. The more you have being tracked the bigger the performance hit.

Only 30-35? I have pretty steady 66-71 fps, with the same GPU and running the game through USB3.

Then again, I run all my games directly without going through Steam or any overlay. Can't remember the last time I've had a crash in a game.

Also, this seems to be mostly a Windows 11 problem, but also the game itself.

i gave up and installed 23H2 Windows 11 and since then, no crashes, much smoother gameplay.

tried yesterday all day, 0 crashes. After the Patch today, the CPU Temp is also better.

I heard, that 23H2 couldn´t help, but for the most of RYZEN Processor User it works 100 %

I was playing using Vulcan it kept crashing (but previously was completely stable until this new map)just switched to dx12 still crashing. Now it's crashing at the menu if you let it sit there. Previously 5 hours no crash Linux Nvidia setup.. what is going on 😭

I strongly suspect a lot of people have insufficient cooling for the high cpu usage, and have never stress tested their system..

I'm not showing a high percentage of utilization or heat on the CPU. Water cooled, but still, it's not warmer or busier that my other games.

The issues stem from the servers, which boot you out; they’re not engine or software crashes. I switched to Paris/London and the game was fine, but returning to Amsterdam led to crashes after 1 minute. So we don’t experience queues, just random kick-like crashes.

I only play Amsterdam only, and crashing dont happen here.

5950X (OC'd in BIOS to 4ghz)
6900XT (OC'd in Radeon software to 2588mhz clock speed, and 2150mhz vram speed, power consumption 100%+, fans at 100%, OC's stress tested in radeon and 3Dmark)
64GB RAM (DOCP profile enabled in BIOS at 3600mhz)
ASUS X570P
Smart access memory, gaming on a 4K 144hz LG TV with Freesync built in(ie, no vsync).

BIOS, Drivers, version of Windows 11 etc all the most recent updates, no beta branches etc.
Played on the standalone client, not via Steam, probably like 40-50 hrs total. Game settings, 4k maxed out, no upscaling, locked at 60fps in game.
