Common fix for bad performance (low fps), even when you have a high end GPU

This seems to be a common issue with PoE 2
The game might use your integrated GPU instead of your dedicated GPU

Making this thread, so I can easily link it in the future, when I see someone having the same issue

Here's a step by step guide on how to fix it for both NVIDIA and AMD

For NVIDIA Control Panel:
Open NVIDIA Control Panel:

Right-click on your desktop and select "NVIDIA Control Panel" from the context menu.

Manage 3D Settings:

In the NVIDIA Control Panel, click on "Manage 3D settings" on the left-hand side.

Program Settings:

Click on the "Program Settings" tab.

Under "Select a program to customize," click "Add" to find the game you want to set the graphics card for. If the game is not listed, you can browse for the executable file (.exe) of the game.

Select Preferred Graphics Processor:

Under "Select the preferred graphics processor for this program," choose "High-performance NVIDIA processor" from the drop-down menu.

Click "Apply" to save the changes.

For AMD Radeon Software:
Open AMD Radeon Software:

Right-click on your desktop and select "AMD Radeon Software" from the context menu.

Graphics Settings:

Click on the "Settings" icon (gear icon) in the top right corner.

Go to the "Graphics" tab.

Add Game:
Under "Graphics Settings," click on "Browse" to find the game you want to set the graphics card for. If the game is not listed, you can browse for the executable file (.exe) of the game.

Select High Performance:

Once the game is added, click on it and select "High Performance" to ensure it uses the dedicated AMD graphics card.

Click "Apply" to save the changes.

This did nothing for me. If your gpu is running high then check this out post: https://primagames.com/tips/how-to-fix-the-path-of-exile-2-dedicated-gpu-not-detected-issue-on-pc . Got me from 10 fps to 300fps.
