Seems PoE2 sucks for some and is good for others?

Seems all the ppl that hate when the devs make their life miserable dislike the game.
And all the masohist love the game.
Is that true?

Personally I enjoy the game, but see a lot of problems with it at the same time.

Most of the PoE 1 playerbase are allergic to gameplay, and so when they come across something that requires them to do more than push a single button to auto-win the entire game they start malding.

Yeah I personally am not big on the respawn/loot disappearing on death. Co-op it's even weirder, if you die on a boss, you can either hope your friend can revive or you're stuck watchign the fight until the end or they die. Dieing outside of bosses, you can't force respawn yourself to a checkpoint, they have to revive you, otherwise it moves you to a different instance and you can't go back to the old instance. It's a silly system done just for the sake of the "Dying respawns everything on the map" and kinda hurts the co-op experience.

Honestly my biggest 3 complaints are

Slow movement (like molasses in Antarctica slow)
No loot drops, best gear is from a vendor... in a arpg
Respawning maps on death make it incredibly tedious and I quickly lose interest

I can see a very good game in POE2, but it has some real glaring issues too. Hopefully they fix it before launch.

This game's trajectory seems to be aiming for the current state of Destiny 2... And its not even officially released yet.

I truly loved the game at first. Now I can say I legit hate it

tbh I got bored already, but maybe next season will bring something fun? Game has potential but like it's not exciting enough, no meaningful drops or upgrades or anything for more than one act kills it for me :/.
I think I lasted longer in Diablo 4, even though it's so much hated.

economy is ruined and everybody that sucked off this game wasn't in the actual end game yet.

Even at T15 with stones and delirium, drop rates are crap. You can't really earn anything to improve on the gear that you bought for 5 exalts thats worth a divine apparently but is just basic mapping gear.

Melee gameplay is a totally different world at high tier than ranged in a bad way. Overall it really does have the Lost Ark $$$ earned per minute and the sad part is most players are gonna be in the delusion that a higher tier and more this will fix it. But I'm running 78% magic find and could play all day to earn 20-30 exalts. I could get lucky on a divine if I keep mapping ruins but man its kind of boring.

You guys are going to invest hundreds more hours than me getting to the point in my game. I hope your class has a real low gear req.

Why do you bring Lost Ark here?
Like PoE 2 and Lost Ark totally different games, their only similarity is the camera angle.

Overall I agree with you, just that comparison to Lost Ark seems completely off :D.

Game is pure RnG, even unlocking your skills is RnG.
It's a remarkably low quality game.

I guess those that are enjoying it have been lucky enough (or played for long enough) to have decent gear drop, or some gems drop.

I try to narrow my issues down, try to focus on the problem... well I also blamed the honour system, then I realized what I had to do.

Not going to run any suicide maps again, just kills my char and the fun.

So far I can only handle maps up to 10 without dying. Only one time even in a lvl 6 map, one shot.

Calling it low quality game is definitely not fair.
You can say a lot of bad about the game for sure, but "low quality" is definitely not one of the words to describe this game.
