Ranger problem with Plague Bearer

Hello,

I want to play my ranger poison so i got Plague Bearer, now this "stance" is activated so i cumulate % poison now. BUT, what the heck is Plague Nova. I need Plague Nova to use my poison % from Plague Bearer wtf is this.

similar with plague burst, can't used it because I think you need plague bearer. none of this is explained in any tooltips. a lot of the skills/gems/passives don't even work and others need certain conditions to be used but there is no tooltip information explaining anything. alot of the build theory crafting is trial & error experimentation. It is very beta.

Plague bearer is trash, needs buffed, and Herald of plague does the same effect you get in the pathfinder tree only grants a hinder buff thats just not worth it! so you better off with withering presence from the witch support, this will grant a stacking defuff for more dps and wind dancer

oh, didn't see that one. And it's a persistent buff, does it also apply to bleeding? since it's chaos damage

It grants wither so it adds a stacking debuff that increases the chaos damage they take just being in youre presents, you need to get int up to use effectively
