Path of Exile 2

Path of Exile 2

Will our stash migrate to the full release?
Will we keep our mats but not our characters?

It's the same as with every league. These chars will be in their own league area, permanently (Early Access League) and you'll have to start new chars in the new Standard once it's released as v1.0.

No, the contents of your stash is league-bound. When EA ends, your character and your stash will be put into the early access league.

Then there will be a new league called "standard" which will never be reset. Every time a timed challenge league ends, the stash and all your characters in that league will be moved to standard. The stash tabs will show up in your stash as "remove-only tabs", which only allows you to remove items.

This is extremely disheartening. I might as well stop playing now then. I don't care what others say, I hate wasting my time. That's extremely disappointing. Was enjoying the game.

I think you can still access your characters in the early access league, but the economy will be dead. The entire appeal for most people is the economy reset and to have a fresh start, but I guess it's not for everyone.

Standard league in poe 1 (and most arpgs) is pretty dead and has a giga inflated economy.

If you really hate the idea of losing everything, you should wait until 1.0 comes out.

yes 100% sure, economy resets are extremely common in arpgs and ggg said they are planing on even doing economy resets before 1.0. So your stash is probably not even save until 1.0 comes out.

You are not wasting your time if you are enjoying the game mate.

for most it doesnt matter as restarting for leagues is what keeps the game alive and what keeps over 90% of players coming back

the 30 hours you played will be 3 or 5 hours at some point in the future when you are more knowledgeable

If "losing" your things in a league based game really annoys you that much then you should stop and come back in a year or so once 1.0 releases.
