Question about the Boon : Glowing Orb

So if I have this boon on my sekhema run and zarok triggers his one shot mechanic (6 players difficulty) as it's impossible to get that mech in time, will glowing orb boon will save me from the one shot by resurrecting me ? or it will consider a full honor loss and won't work, if my question is clear to you all.

If it's one shoot you prob die, I've Omen of Resurgance with me always and it works if mobs drop me to low HP, but when some AOE just explodes on top of me I insta die, item dun even activate. I guess it's same with Boon, gotta be that tiny delay when you drop on low health threshold to restore if that doesn't happen you go POOF !
