help with spirit skill

for a while i have been using 'arctic armour' which cost 30 spirit reserve, so when i activated it, my spirit went down to 0/30 which makes sense. i recently got 60 spirit so i unequipped arctic armour and now i have 60/60 spirit. when i try to use my new skill that cost 60 spirit it says i dont have enough spirit, even though i have 60/60.

Is there something i am not seeing? I dont have any support gems or equips that effect spirit

Yeah same here. Herald of Ash which has a 30 spirit requirement used to work but stopped after upgrading it to level 6 even though it still shows that I have 30/30 spirit over the mana gauge. I wonder if the skill tooltip is wrong.

did you check if you meet the requirements to use the skill? sometimes you'll have to up your int i think? or maybe there's an active skill that you have that requires the spirit?

Ive noticed something similar with my minions. I can have 7 Reavers up but if I delete a few, add an ice mage, delete the ice mage, I can have 8 Reavers. Idk wtf lol

Bit of a bug with spirit take off all gems and put back on

the skill im referring to 'cast on freeze' is just bugged altogether apparently, that needs to be fixed. im not the only one having issues with that skill. spirit is just buggy as it is now

Oh, I figured it out, I added a support skill gem that cost 10 more spirits.

Does the new skill cost 60 at base and you added support to it after that causes higher cost?

Same thing happened to me. I had arctic armor and 30 spirit. I noticed when I put in a support gem the skill became unusable. As soon as I unequiped the support gem it was usable again. As above, maybe that support gem required spirit to use, I'll have to check it out.

nah, the new skill i was trying to use is called "cast on freeze". the skill is just actually bugged. i went to report it on the path of exile website and its a known issue. atleast its known by other players

If you don't put a skill gem (NOT support gem) to cast on xxx slot, it shows not enough spirit which is bug i guess. But it does work if there's at least one skill gem.

More then likely what they said :)

Its either bugging out and you need to take em all off and put em back on or your not seeing some of support gems cost spirit also.
