Refund Request for Armor Skin Purchased in Path of Exile 1
Dear Support Team,

I recently purchased an armor skin for 300 coins in Path of Exile 1, under the impression that it would also work in Path of Exile 2. This understanding was based on information provided by other players. Unfortunately, I have since discovered that this is not the case.

I kindly request a refund for this purchase, as I was misinformed about its functionality. I have already contacted support regarding this matter but have not yet received a response.

While better written than most tickets, personally I hate people who thank in advance when reading customer inquiries, just a thought.

You can hold on to it. Under the micro-transactions tab in POE2, it says that most POE1 cosmetics are going to be ported over. You can always get the refund, but if you really like it and don't mind waiting, it should show up at some point.

The POE1 cosmetics I own, do show up but are grey'd out.

You have to write an email to support. The game support is not here in the steam community.
