Update hasn't rolled out for that yet. Should be by the end of the week. The main changes that have been implemented in the hotfix were the changes to loot drops.

Because it's not implemented into the game yet. What patch notes did you read that GGG released saying it was already in game?

So far there only has been a server update since this news post, but no client update, and those are fratures that would be required to be in a client update and the news post also said that it would be included in the next client update. Though we have no information about when this new update will drop.

TBF, the patch notes are kind of a pain in the ass to find if you don't know where to look.
