Ignite Chance 100%?
I,m currently using incinerate with the support gem for 100% ignite chance, my question is it truly 100% ignite chance or do enemies also have resistances to prevent being ignited or other debuffs in general?

Been reading a lot of the tooltips, to sum it up, more fire damage increases the chances to proc ignite. So if i have the 100% ignite chance support gem, i don;t need to spec on more fire damage just for the sake to proc ignite right?

Are you sure it's 100% ignite chance or is it 100% increased chance? Because let's say you have 10% chance to ignite, 100% increase would mean you now have 20% chance isn't it?

im using this support gem on a warrior so mine is set to a projectile AoE so that i can get ignite going asap. It is hard to say without a full character sheet (like in PoE 1) but as far as I can tell, everything catches fire!

My build is focused on fire / ignite so I can't say with certainty if it is 100% chance or 100% MORE chance but the skill I am using does not inherently give ignite (except for base fire attack modifier) and everything it touches goes up in flames.

however, it could just be 100% MORE instead of a 100% and due to my base chance being so high it just feels like 100%. I guess I will find out as mobs / bosses get higher resists.

pretty sure incinerate is 100% (flat) chance to ignite anyway.
