what is 0,1 exalted orb?

hi friends i will buy items from trade, but what does 0.1 mean? i have 3 exalted orbs, do I divide 1 of them by 10?

1 exalted = 3 chaos orbs
1 exalted = 2 regal orbs
1 exalted = 10 vaal orbs

e.t.c.

when they want 0.1 that means you are suppose to pay with lower currencies, or you pay with 1 exalt, and they give you back 0.9 in other currencies

thanks but it really shouldn't be so complicated. if they don't want exalted orb then they should write the currency they want.

thanks but it really shouldn't be so complicated. if they don't want exalted orb then they should write the currency they want.

the entire premium tab is set to 0.1 and they just drop all the trash there they dont need.
They dont have time to make specific prices for each item

where'd you come up with this conversion? not saying it's wrong but when i searched exalt in shop, no one was selling an exalt for any of those exchange rates you listed
