Repeate the trial of Sekhemas?
Can I try the trail of sekhemas more than once? After I finished it, that item you put in the altar to activate the trial disappeared. I wonder if it is a bug or if the trial can only be taken once.

can only be used once. youll need to fight the boss for it again

your very first trial can be repeated by talking to the djinn again, the others are a one time use

Every Trial invitation can only be used a single time and gets used up as you enter the trial. The only exception is the quest item which doesn't get consumed until you beat the Trial. But other than that you always need to find a new trial invitation to give it another try.

I think it's random drops. I've had invitations drop but it might be from specific enemies like golden or bosses, not sure about that

Mostly random drops. There are a couple of bosses or other POI's on the maps that give out a guaranteed drop the first time you get it, but other than that and especially in the endgame it's only random drops, as far as I am aware.
