Where are the store points for EA?

I can see creators with stash tabs etc, but I have no points in my account. I thought we were supposed to get 300 points for buying the early access? What am I missing?

Did you purchase your EA code or was it given to you?

Check to see if you have another POE account.I had the same problem.My game was redeemed on one account but started POE 2 on my second account and I had no store points.I started another character on my other account and got the 300 points within a few minutes.Hope this helps.

I'm kinda in the same boat. It took 3 days for me to get the 300 points, but I still don't have access to any of my stash tabs (or other countless purchases from poe 1). I've linked my poe and steam accounts, but it still doesn't work. I've also tried submitting a ticket to the support email listed on their website, but it just gets bounced back after about an hour by google saying that they've received too many emails and that it won't go through.

If you get it resolved, let me know how you did it.

Do you have more than one account for POE?A lot of people seem to be having problems with POE1 and POE2 having characters on different accounts.My store points being missing was resolved by starting a new character on my second account.Could be the same with the stash tabs?Not sure but worth a try if you have more than one account.Good luck.

I don't have them either but I was given a steam code by GGG for buying enough stuff in PoE1 years ago. Does that not count?

No. If you got the code for free, you do not get more points. You already purchased your points in POE1, so you got your code.

Mine didn’t show up until I actually went into the “buy points” section, then backed out. Then I had them.
