supported gem issue -.- where !?

I need a lot of these and I can't find vendor to sell them (ACT1). Keep fighting monsters and I got many uncut skill gems. I wish to exchange them to support gem.

Moreover, I accidentally selected a support skill but it just can't be equipped to the skill I want, the game does not show what skill can be equipped before I selected it. I really want option to change back

You have to left click on them to use them... then choose your support

Nahh it's really unclear what supports work with your skills. It needs better filter's to help pick. Just as it should track which supports you already have. I ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up because the interface is confusing as ♥♥♥♥. On the flipside now I have a few support gems to use on my sorcerer playtrough

her brainless, there is tick option called recommended gems, maybe you should use your brain more

Hey Phantom,

some tips/info regarding gems

1.) I got a lot of Gems in the Act 1 Area with the "Mist King" Boss. You clear the area several times and kill the boss (the ritual altar at the end awards gems often enough as well as the mobs)

2.) if you use a support skill gem click one the left bar on one of your usable skills. Then untick the checkbox "recommended gems". All Gems now listed are usable with your skill.

3.) you CANT euqip two support gems of the same kind at all. It is not only about one skill but in general for the character. So for example you cant give two skills the "increased area of effect" support gem

It's only natural to stop using recommended supports after the first few pics and the UI is simply not user friendly. You can technically find out if a gem woud work for you but the game can absolutely make it quite a bit easier with minor additions of some filter options
