Crashing when loading Ziggurat ACT 3

Im stuck loading the zone and it crashes constantly, updated drivers just in case but didn't work.

EDIT: Verifying files worked for me!

1.Turn direct 12 to direct 11 in game's graphic options
2.Right click on poe2. exe -> properties ->compatibility->Disable fullescreen optymalization
3.Check integrity of the files on steam
Check if works after every step
