How do I get Steam support?
Does anyone know how to file a trouble ticket for a particular game? I have had early access for 48 hours...even downloaded the Steam Launcher for POE2, but when I go to log in, I get told that my account does not have access.
I have crawled all over ever inch of this obtuse place, and cannot find a single means to just get some help. There are dozens of "articles" about POE2's known issues already, but they always default to the same thing..."since the problem is with the game itself, you need to contact the developer"...never-mind that my problem is actually with Steam...Like, how did I even download the fu(king launcher if I didn't have access? You literally cannot get the steam access code without having early access registered to your account on the fu(king website.
C'mon Steam...your ♥♥♥♥♥♥ customer service is starting to show through again.

I cannot do this, as I did not purchase the game through steam...I got a key to Early Access from a friend.

Did you go to the POE site and log into it via Steam?
As far as I understand about the "account does not have access" error is that it hits people who haven't created and linked a POE account at the official site.

Buying the access key via Steam unlocks the client and puts it in your library.
But you still need a Path of Exile account to log into the game servers.

If you haven't already tried it, simply visit the Path of Exile official site, click [Log In] and then choose Steam. Agree to the normal steam linking stuff and it's done.

Indeed I did...my account on the POE website says it is approved for EA play and that it will be allowed to log in for that...and then it gave me a key code to link to steam, which I did...downloaded the launcher and now..no access. I am not sure the problem is GGG...but I'm not handling their NOC either, so I have no idea.

I appreciate the help, Noodles...looks like I'm just gonna have to wait for release...which, after all the heartache I have been reading in the forums, might not be a bad thing.

i have been trying to contact support for about 4 days now.
Their mail servers are dead now, and mail are getting bounced back.

they are a joke at this point.
