It's not a rendering issue, it's a server latency issue.
Similar setup here ant things get laggy after an hour/two of play. Logging out and back in solves it.
Exactly. I have a rock solid 120fps with no frame drops or frametiming stutters but it's still up to 500ms stuttering when the network borks.
You can stand still in a zone with nothing around you, doing nothing, and the network latency spikes from 10ms-500ms+

Updated everything, restarted router, checked latency to other services.
Everything is OK except PoE2...
