My game keeps crashing in act 2

My witch character was out in the map, not in town in Act 2 and it crashed. Now every time I select my witch character to load the game, it crashes. But my other characters in act 1 have no problem. Something wrong with being in act 2?
My graphics card is RTX 3060.

Delete POE2 shader cache folder. Go to Steam client settings, and delete download cache. Restart Steam. Verify POE 2 data.

Turn off and disable Steam, Nvidia, discord overlays or anything else while playing.

Go documents > my games and find path of exile 2 folder. then set renderer\_type=DirectX12 on the file named poe2\_production\_Config
make back up just in case.

Where can I find the shader cache folder?

I was having the same issue with my witch. Go into the steam game properties and select validate game files. Fixed the issue for me
