Is there a way to go back to normal from cruel?
I forgot to try and redo the lv28 Chaos arena, you only have to do 4 of them for the 3rd and 4th ascendency points but doing it at that level was too difficult for me.

Im now on act 1 in cruel and want to know if i can go back to normal to do it and any unique events i missed in previous regions for their one time unique rewards.

You can go back to any previous normal act via the Waypoint.
