I play frost monk, I use one skill, i rarely use any flasks. Everything freezes, everything slows and when it dies it gives me back my health. With a few doge rolls and enemy awareness I play on the easy mode.
My ass was kicked with the boss of end ACT I, but now I realize that if I redid the areas , got better loot and stats , now that I am barely in ACT II, i decided to replay some areas and and made a huge difference with the boss, it can still kick my ass but is a ton easier. I rarely roll and I very rarely use ranged skills. I melee almost all time.
So yeah farm, farm, farm and then farm more and the game will be super easy or as easy as you want it to be.
I think the game can do a better job at explaining this because it took me 20 hours to figure that I am not suppose to rush through the content expecting a moderate experience. But this is early access so no problemo.
So now casting speed is my most important stat, because of movement speed.
Then I am bad at the game, still have loads of fun and make sure I get back all my money's worth. I like redoing content. I have very little interest even reaching end game. By ACT 3 I may have quit the game and moved to another game. I am NOT interested in being good at games, I play games just for fun and relaxation.
If you dont like redoing content , and you are a competitive player with ambitions then yes you are not going to have an easy time with POE2.
