Banned randomely for no reason?

The fact that haven't fixed this show up much they care about this game right now. I mean it says they where banned by and admin.

No macros only thing I have like I said before is ExitLag and Medal If I was legit banned for cheating I wouldnt post a thread about it id buy another PoE2 account, this happened to a lot of people they need to fix it and revert the bans.

What? How did you get a response so quick? I've had a ban appeal in since yesterday and no response. No replies from customer support on the forums either. Really wish they would address this.

Happened to me as well Saturday night, level 38 act 3 right when I beat the Vaal construct boss after activating the 2 cores.

Could have dinged me to 39 when I beat him? I don't think I was 40 but who knows because I can't really check anymore.

I sent an email Sat night at 10:30pm pst but it kept getting bounced back, just used the ban appeal that I saw on the website tonight, didn't realize it was there before.

Made a thread on official help forums also to hopefully get visibility:

exact same thing happened to me last night playing with mates, thought my game crashed at first when i leveled up and everything froze, support ticket and ban appeal through website were sent yesterday with no response yet, fingers crossed it gets sorted soon, up to this point weve all been really enjoying it so far

The moment I got banned was right when my level-up animation appeared, and it happened on the same map.
I didn’t use any cheating software, and I didn’t say anything either.
I believe this is a bug. I've already reported it and am currently waiting for a response.

Official forums also has a thread going on about the matter. I'm really afraid of keep playing and getting baned for no reason. I think I'll sub to this thread to see the outcome.

But to me it looks like a bug on their automatic systems getting people banned automatic when they reach a certain level on a certain condition.

I think the theory that their built in anti-cheat detection is interacting with certain mechanics makes a lot of sense. Not sure why leveling would have anything to do with it, but maybe that's why they haven't addressed it yet, as it's tied to automatic cheat detection. Also maybe not to cause panic or they are attempting to fix it without breaking anti-cheat. They have to be aware of it by now, guess we just have to wait. Super frustrating though.
