Banned randomely for no reason?

Yea no idea what causes it but could be lvl 40 in that dungeon on that quest

I´m at level 39 And 96% in the same dungeon i think is time to drop the game tbh this is not poe anymore and is the disappointment of the decade for me i hope they change the direcction of the game during the early access but i don´t know how they can do it.

This morning I also got suddently banned without reason while going through the dungeon Jiguani's Sanctum (Act 3), while trying to find the soul cores for the generators, and was kicked out of the game just like in your video. Let's hope that the support team at Grinding Games can fix this problem.

I wasn't level 40 just a low level 5. I had been playing enshrouded before hand and was using wemod, I forgot to log out of it. and got banned, I reached out to GGG support and they fixed it. if you were running CE or WM anything like that, yea it will trigger there cheat detection. I'm not saying that is what you were doing just a thought. I hope you get it fixed. GGG was pretty quick helping me out.

The only things I have running while playing PoE is Medal for recording and ExitLag for lag and bad ping

Yea, I would reach out to GGG and see if they can help you out. It's probably just a bug of some kind, EA growing pains. lol

So the potential bug can affect anyone randomly with trigger being level 40? Or combination like level 40, going for ascension, at a certain location/quest point in game?

So far the only known common denominator between both of our bans is that we hit level 40, while in the same dungeon, with both of our first ascensions completed. There could be more to it and probably is considering there hasn't been many other people who have had this issue that we know of.

Think it has to do with the sanctuary quest and hitting lvl 40

Your ban has nothing to do with gaining any levels or whatever, or any ascendancies.

You most likely were one of the MANY who berate people in world chat, or say overtly sexual things, or start drama and they had enough of it, or you got reported.

I got banned in the same dungeon (Jiguani's Sanctum) but my character wasn't level 40 yet. I think the ban has something to do with the location.
