cant interact with the relic altar

i completed the first trial after that i could interact with the altar but i didnt had a key for it. now i found another key and returned but i cant interact with the altar.

I had an issue after some getting into someone's run for free. I went to log screen switched servers then log back in. My portal to previous location and the altar were fixed was able to use it again. Then if you want switch back to the original server for better ping. Hopefully this works for you as well, I think its a server issue.

I similarly joined another lobbies sekhemas after trading for the memes, but left shortly after. I tried doing your log out and server switch solution but it didn't solve the issue. I still can't access the altar. I am not sure what to do.

Closed the game and tried next day it worked.
