Is Act 3 bugged/broken?

Hi!

I just got into A3 and already saw that it doesn't seem right? That one penalty message takes forever to go away and even trash mobs have more hp than some bosses in A2. The Stash doesn't have quick stash function and if I press the button it just throws away the item onto the floor.

Also fought the one Treeboss in the first area and that took longer and was way more tedious to beat than the A2 endboss in general.

not quick stack but you can ctrl click items to put them in stash. and if you set the tabs for spesific loot it will put it in the right tabs. not all loot but currency and shards and so on. that makes it a little bit easier

Right click on a tab in the stash tab and click the options for what goes in that tab.

I know that place you mentioned, I think the quick stash option is unavailable because that location is not a HUBs.

Yup, it takes longer than usual for the penalty message to disappear.
