Game breaking - Witch cant equip sceptre

At level 18 (witch) I now can't equip any sceptres at a witch because my strength is 7 and the requirement is 13. Is this an unintended bug or item stat? I now can't use summon due to 0 spirit and my character is effectively locked. Help is appreciated.

Respec two of the passive stat nodes in your tree to +5 strength instead of whatever it is? You get to choose what stat to increase for all of those base stat nodes.

Will do. I still can’t figure out why this happened out of nowhere. Its like they flipped a switch and my witch lost her strength.

You may have had another item equipped that had strength on it. One of the things I'd like to see GGG add to the stat screen (if it's not already there and I've overlooked it) is the ability to tell with a mouseover of your stats how much of those stats is from equipped items vs native.

Is this your first aRPG? If you need streght, just get more srenght. You will find it usefull for support gems, some minion gems are red.
