can't play the game
Failed to connect to instance. Change character, failed to connect to instance. Reboot game, failed to connect to instance. Change character again, logged in to game. Took portal to town, game crashed. Restart game, cannot connect to instance.

Three characters are bricked apparently. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

A few hours ago me and my friend were unable to enter any city for like an hour but we were still able to enter all other areas. Maybe all your characters are currently in cities and this problem is back up again?
