I assume you're referring to the "kb5041587" update? I never installed this -- isn't it an optional update for 23h2? I don't see it under items that can be "uninstalled" either.
So, we're back to the original issue: this 23h2/24h2/kb5041587 stuff may help a subset of users, but doesn't provide a robust fix.

Edit: just to confirm this is using the intel driver site, microsoft doesn't see it and its not on razers website either. only noticed it as i opened up cyberpunk 2077 and the launcher told me about it.
Edit2: its 4 more years up to date. however i dont have high hopes as the title sequence was stuttering still.
Edit3: couldnt even get into the first area before it stalled.
Recently started playing on Windowed Fullscreen and it looks like it really helped.
Needed some adjustment with gsync but it actually worked for me with 0 crashes on the game.
Specs: 7800x3d, 4080s.
Only crashed 1 time and that was the game simply closing for whatever reason.
