Game not working in Act 2

I'm trying to enter second area of Act2. "Mawdun Quarry"

When I try to enter the area game crashes out completely. Like shuts the game off. No crash screen, no chance to report nothing. Straight to desktop. I will try and remove my cosmetic cloak and see if that makes any difference. Be fantastic if the cosmetic I bought is crashing the game.

So, now I can't even load in my character. It shows me the loading screen for Mawdun Quarry and then quits to desktop. Which means I have no option to remove cosmetic. Unless someone knows a way to that without being in the game.

same, after killing last boss in act 2, use portal and nonstop crash game.

I checked my game files and found one that needed to be reacquired. Game runs now. I removed the cloak as soon as I could login. No problems since then. No idea if it was the cloak that caused the file or not.
