Glitch on skills with exclamation marks!

So im a witch and i discovered a glitch. (do not try to replicate havent found a fix yet)
If you have a skill that say increase your spirit from 100 to 113 and you use over 100 spirit. then unequip the item. it will lock you in at 0 spirit.

even if you re-equip, or remove summons to max your spirit. you will be hardstuck at 0 spirit on the skill page.
if you go to allocate it will give you an accurate 113 spirit. but it will not work. and will still read 0 spirit on skill page.

any fixes or anywhere to report tg=his to add to their fix-it list?

I am facing the issue right now! Can't use my minions no more. Have to find a new item I guess.
