Path of Exile 2

Path of Exile 2

For anyone having low fps issues
Hey all jumped on today and game was struggling with low fps, i went into windows control panel > display > Graphics and put both path of exile 2 exes on "your graphics card"(high performance) setting. Also went into nvidia control panel and selected poe2exe and put Opengl rendering GPU setting to my graphics card and power management mode to prefer maximum performance. And that fixed stuttering and low fps for me hope this helps.

It's always those anime weebs, ngl. They are toxic for no reason and I highly doubt your specs. AMD is so far behind. Just all the driver issues I hear and read about.
I bet you didn't even play the game, because you actually run a toaster for a pc.
Greetings from a 4090 owner. :)

The game has insane optimization issues, when there is more complexe effects flying around.
Not gonna touch it until they fix it.

Thank you very much! Game is playable now. :)

Hello, everyone!
I had 10-15 FPS mostly. About 30 sec performance is good, after few minutes performance is bad.
For NVIDIA

If you have the same issue try the following:

Go to NVIDIA Control Panel -> Manage 3D settings and restore all settings by default.

Go to NVIDIA APP (ex. Geforce expirience), choose or add POE 2 and click OPTIMIZE button to configure graphic settings automatically

Optional: Run POE 2 from NVIDIA App.

Enjoy

I know it sounds crazy, but i know at least 3 successfull cases. Result is not guaranteed, but try this and let me know about results, please.
Best regards

Anyone else having massive lagspikes/framedrops whenever you shatter frozen enemies? Performance just tanks whenever I shatter a pack of mobs but whenever I walk away from the shattered ice particles, it goes back to normal.

7800 XT @2k resolution, default settings, no FSR, 90% of time i get 120-144fps (in combat) in some specific zones/mobs/spells it can drop to 60.

In towns sometime i get 60, 100, 144 ? I think its because players mtx not optimized? no idea

Well not really i gave a brief explanation as to why i don't use AMD, as well as casting doubts on it being a "nvidia issue" and then proceed to point out that im running mine at 4k because you can run anything at 1440p with equivalent power gpu's and get more frames than someone who is running it at 4k? Its just basic fact higher res= higher demand on the gpu. If i was going to be toxic i could have used inappropriate language, or point out that my gpu has 10-20% more performance than whats his using, perhaps make a reference to the basement in his parents house? Funny how your criticizing me instead of the guy who is actually the problem in this scenario? Like blaming the victim in court lmao not very logical. What does it even add to rehash the situation especially one that wasn't directed at you? Or did you take personal offence because you use amd as well? Either way i got nothing against amd or anyone for that matter, i simply made an observation and created this post to try and help people?
