(Workaround) For some suffering from Engine Multithreading issues/stutters

For those who have problems with stuttering when engine multithreading is enabled like myself, using an older i7 - It's a C-State issue with an easy workaround using the same tricks that worked in PoE 1.
Simply having a website open that utilises your cpu open in the background stabilises your game enough to play without having your fps tanked... Below is one of the original threads

It's not perfect and please, make sure your cpu is properly cooled.

Unfortunately though this won't work for all users - But for some, this is a workaround for an issue that may or may not get fixed.

Also changing to vulkan can make it smoother too. These are the only two things without changing my system settings that worked for me. -- Good luck!
