Loyal Hellhound not summoned ?

Hello.
I have taken ascend for the loyal Hellbound :

Loyal Hellhound
Grants Skill: Summon Infernal Hellhound
20% of Damage from Hits is taken from your Hellhound's Life before you

But, i cant summon it, nothing happen. Skill appear in the book.
Some trick or it's a bug ?
