Raging Spirits bugged?
I just got my first passive buff ability in Act 1 - Raging Spirits. I know that it is supposed to activate when I cast a fire spell. However, when I use Firewall no spirits are being summoned. Am I missing something or is this bugged? Thanks.

Did you turn the buff on? I summon 5 when I use firewall.

I have it in my skill set set with the other abilities I am using. Is there something I have to do other than that to activate it?
