getting "requirements not met" in passive tree

This happened after I used the weapon set passives. I assume this is a bug? I was not aware that passive skills had requirements. The stuff near the starting point are still available though.

I think it’s because it’s using weapon skill points. Is it a red line for you?

I wish they would show what requirements are not met or why the game is denying you from having the next skill in a link.

Probably because you are using different skill points for weapon sets. You cannot add the "main" skillpoints at the end of W1 or W2.
