I FIXED MY FPS ISSUE! FROM 50FPS TO 120FPS

actually worked, problem for me was rBAR wasn't enabled in nvidia profile inspector.
went from 50 to 100+. TY for posting this.

Mine doesn't even say resizable BAR on the details section shown around 3:18 so guess I cannot use it a shame.

Thanks for this, even though I have a 4090 resizable bar was disabled for what looks to be absolutely no reason. Why the hell isn't this option enabled by default if a CPU and GPU supports it?
