Your best bet right now is to wait until they can start shovel out optimisations for the game, but even then I don't think your specs can handle much. That's a really old build you're sitting with. You won't find much info or help here. Try teh internetz. There's always some youtube guide or webpage somewhere.
Time to upgrade from potato spec.
If you think a 9+ year old CPU is "pretty decent" when trying to play a brand new game, then the only stupid one here is you.
stop the BS. the 6700k is basically 3770k with a slight touch of extra Mhz. op and you should look into the mirror and get a job already.

I know where you're coming from and i respect that here but this is not the time to sugercoat.
OP's pc is rather outdated for that game.
