Raging Spirit with all Fire Spells?

i use incinerate what a fire spell is but it dont spawn a single raging spirit. and yes i rightclick the skill to activate. does anyone know, is this a bug or a feature?

I think it's a bug, several people are reporting it elsewhere too and mine doesn't work either.

Works for me, I use it with flame wall to spawn 5 skulls every time i cast it.
But i guess others could be bugged.

edit: i also used it with the spell that you charge up to 6 tiny fireballs that hover around you and then releases them after a small period of time, it spawns a skull where each of the tiny fireballs impact.

It's a bad title, read the actual post, he's asking specifically about Incinerate.
