Loot disappears if you respawn after defeating a boss!

Yeah so...

If you manage to defeat a boss but die at the same time, you see the loot dropping.
You have to respawn to get the loot.

But the game (for whatever reason) deletes all the loot when you respawn.

This can annoying at best (Missing out on good gear).

To Game breaking at worse (Some bosses drop items you need to progress).

This needs to be fixed asap!
