i cannot find a bind spectre gem ... did they remove it or something ? i could have sworn they mentioned we can capture like minibosses or something ?

Due to the fact that the gem interacts with every monster in the game they weren't able to have it ready for this stage of EA.

They talked about it during the recent 0.1.1 QnA and apparently there's a LOT of retooling that has to go into making monsters work as spectres. The short version is that monsters don't play by the same rules as players, so they have to test and adjust them as needed so that all the different support gems work as intended.
