How do i get another Buff Gem?

Im in Act 2 and only had 1 during a Quest, but i want to try another Skill

farm from mobs, i droped many just killing mobs

a BUFF Gem, not a normal Skill Gem, never saw it as a drop so far

idk what a BUFF gem is, you mean... support gem? The gem that sockets into a Skill gem? Killing elites and area bosses tend to drop those.

No, its another line of Skills you only get from these Gems and they dont seem to drop, only got one during a Quest

The uncut spirit gems drop from the monsters, and you can cut them into a persistent buff skill gem.

got them, they just start to drop later in act 2.

Do you have any idea where they started dropping? Im allready act 3 and still only got one in the whole time.

They can drop in chapter 1. Probably start dropping after you defeat the guy that gives you 30 spirit. Can't say that for sure, but I have 2 characters that have had one drop off a mob, both in chapter 1, with the latest being about an hour ago in the Farmlands.

They're pretty rare.

Its probably most efficient to create a new character and rush the King of the Mists quest to get another for your main, you can have it done in a few minutes especially if you leave some leveling uniques in your stash.

After the first one from the ritual quest i got my second one from a random elite in the 3rd or 4th map in act 2.

They're sort of rare but you can find uncut spirit gems that give you those persistent buffs.

Or you can trade for them. Some folks have several.

Sorry, not true. According to guide they drop at special bosses.
Act 1: King in the Mists
Act 2: secret area with a Golden Tomb in The Lost City zone
Act 3: defeat Igdanduk7The Bog Witch in Azag Bog

Chance for drop during Act1/2 are low, but will increase in Cruel or in Endgame. But for Leveling you need the low level ones.
