Mouse not picking up items. I can walk, and talk and highlight , but can't pick up the first weapon? I have Steam overlay off. Any help before I refund?

Did you set a pickup key in the options and fail to hold it while you're trying to pick it up?

Not to be rude. But so many people just refund before actually trouble shooting things or working around it.
Did you click the weapon to pick up?
Did you try to bind a key to pick up loot?
Is your bag full (Which your character tells you in a voice line)?

Tried all those and nothing is working. The mouse works correct for everything but pick up. It highlight. I have F set to pick up, tried holding. Item highlights and i can view item details but can't pick it up.

This sounds very unusual. Have you tried relaunching the game?

Edit: To be clear, you set F to pickup, and you are hitting the F key to pick up, yes? If you wan't to pick up items with the mouse, you can't have pickup set to a keyboard key, it needs to be set to mouse1.

Multiple times. I tried to skipping first weapon, but keep getting killed. All works fine on POE1. I hate to refund, but the devs will never address this small issue.

Reset to defaults and started working, hmmmmmmmmmmm CLOSED
