How To Move And Shoot With Mouse?

WASD feels too clunky to use. I am used to the Mouse.

But how do I move and shoot with the Mouse?

You could, idk, use a controller. A LOT simpler.

Right now you can't use Mouse to play because you can't move and shoot. Shooting makes you stand still and not move.....

I'm finding it really hard with mouse and keyboard. This is one thing that did feel better in D4.
I think I am going to have to dust of that old controller I have somewhere.

Maybe use keybindings for skills while using the mouse, but your basically asking how to do three things all with the same device, doesn't actually work well.

There's an option in settings that toggles that, I dunno how did you manage to toggle it on. By default it just forces an attack without halting your movement

Mouse and keyboard are perfectly fine doing 3,4 or even 5 things at once. the game uses momentum. So u click where u want to go and then shoot. its quite easy. Or u can just use a controller its whatever.

It's not on, it's off ... but holding shift just makes me stand still.

Controller has no control over where and what you want to shoot.

Not sure what's going on, but using any skill, not even holding shift, makes my character stand still. I can't move and shoot

wsad is good but you need a mouse with 6 side buttons. Much better than point and click. I use the keyboard for wsad movement, heal Q and mana E, space for dash/roll and the rest is on my mouse top 2 buttons plus scroll wheel and six on side,

As a mage (Sorceress) my character keeps moving the direction I was moving while shooting backwards. It´s just annoying to move the mouse back and forth on the screen.,
